In order to receive such a high honor, dealerships must show their excellence in all of the following categories: Sales Satisfaction, Service Satisfaction, Market Share Attainment, Vehicle Delivery Excellence, and Employee Training & Certification. In fact, demonstrating excellence in any one of these areas is good, but you have to show excellence across all categories in order to qualify for Toyota’s President’s Award. Sure, we might be proud of our accomplishments, but one thing we’ll never lose sight of: we couldn’t do it without the continued support and patronage of our valued customers from the greater Hartford, CT area.
